Splatoon 2 Splatfest re-do: Mayo vs. Ketchup! And other new regarding the Splatoon franchise and other games.

Mayo vs. Ketchup official Splatoon 2 art by the Squid Research Lab with Pearl and Marina

So it’s been forever since we had a Splatfest. The last one being the Final Fest Chaos vs Order on July 18, 2019, with Team Chaos taking the victory with a shocking 3-0 win. It's been almost a year since that Splatfest. And Nintendo even said that Chaos vs. Order would have been the last Splatfest for Splatoon 2, it even being referenced in
The tweet from Splatoon News announcing the Splatfest
the Kyoto Mix live concert at Nintendo Live 2019 with Off The Hook and The Squid Sisters making a appearance after being missing from Tokaigi 2019. I digress.

So next mouth on Friday, May 22 at 3PM PT; Ending Sunday, May 24 at 3PM PT. The Splatfest theme will be: Mayo vs. Ketchup-the first official Splatoon 2 Splatfest; what I mean by that is Mayo vs. Ketchup was the first Splatfest on the full game of Splatoon 2. Cake vs. Ice Cream being a Demo/Testfire Splatfest. Currently from the time I am writing this blog post, the Splatfest has NOT been announced in game by Pearl and Marina.

You all maybe now asking what team I will take part on, this isn't a easy question. I can't just pick what team I was on the first time, because I didn't have the game and/or a Nintendo Switch at the time of this Splatfest-so I couldn't take part. Other reason why it would be hard is that I like both mayo and ketchup; Mayo is a meme (the Patrick one); I like both of the ink colors being used; I'm Team Pearl for life/I like Pearl more then Marina; And I don't know what team my friends are going to be on. I'm going to have to choose soon, but when that time comes I put up a blog post with times you can all play with me/when I'll be online/my NS friend code. I put up the details later.

While we are still on the topic of Splatoon-Splatoon 3 has been rumored to be teased by Nintendo with a new piece of official art. I am not good when it comes to talking about
Official art that sparked the rumored tease.
pictures that rumors things without having other sources (like in text, dialogue, video, gameplay, ex.) So I recommend you go check out a video on Youtube about the topic. Once there is more evidence and/or more sources (text, dialogue, video, gameplay, ex.) I will do other my own video or blog post on the subject.

In other news, Project Diva: MegaMix, or Mega39s as it's called in Japan. Finally has a US release date of May 15, 2020. It's out for pre order now on the Nintendo EShop, and the US release is only being released on digital right now. Currently you can buy
the game without the 6 DLC packs or you can buy it with the 6 DLC packs. I already went ahead and pre-ordered the version with all 6 of the DLCs in it. The DLCs are also up to buy indivitaly. The Demo is out too!
Hatsune Miku: Project Diva: Mega Mix official art.
And the 6 DLC pack of songs and models has been leaked because of this. I'm so excited for this game because there are so many songs I love in it, though no The Lost One's Weeping yet. Ever since I pre-ordered it ever day I would spend about an hour on the Hatsune Miku: Project Diva: MegaMix official Sega website, hoping something

new would come up. And then I have been playing a lot of Squid Beatz 2 and my JPN versions Project Diva and Project Diva 2nd for the PSP to practice. One of these days I'll record me playing more Squid Beatz 2, sadly I can't record my PSP so sorry. And I'll totally record some gameplay of MegaMix and the Demo of it too.

So that's enough of me going off on an Weeb rant, thank you for reading and I'll see you all in the next video and/or blog post!

Until Next Time, Stay Fresh!

Update for my channel and blog:
I have 2 videos planned, one of me doing the #SixFanarts challenge. Though it may not be a good video because my screen recorder is being a pain in the butt. And I am currently editing the video of my first day in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It's been a while since I recorded it or I have just been playing it non-stop. So I pretty far ahead now and I have a lot of Vocaloid and Anime cosplays set up too. (Yes I'm that type of player right now.) I even made my own custom desain coat (I think that's what its called) for a cosplay I made of Kagamine Rin in her Tokyo Teddy Bear outfit. I'll upload it one of these days lol.
I'm still working on my Animal Crossing blog post/research report, the one I talked about in a previous blog post. And those videos I said I would probably set to public, I haven't did that yet. I'll probably upload one more joke video like that set to unlisted. Just a joke animation set to the Wii Sports theme titled "This is how we are going to remember 2020 in 10 years", yeah it's basically just clips from ACNH, ACNH memes (mostly from a Youtuber my friends and I watch called 'Failboat'), and Miku Corona memes, and it's all tied together with the 'cOcOnUt gUn' scene from DK 64's DK Rap. I make a lot of weird things when I'm bored lol.

#SixFanarts preview; these are the characters I am going to be drawing. I did not draw any of the art in that pic, I only edited it together to show who I am going to be drawing for the video. Not all characters I added myself, two my friend gave me, and two my mom gave me.
